I used to buy and collect Smegma rockets when younger, so i'm really happy to release an LP by this really far out band, especially since they played with my friend Perry, who is one of the most versatile musician i had ever met ! Smegma is a kind of cult mob in the US experimental underground, based in Portland, Oregon, they started back in the early 70's and got connections with the Los Angeles Free Music Society (Tom Recchion, Joe Potts, Le Forte Four, Airways, Doo-Dooettes, Ace Farren Ford and even The Residents); they also got an amazing label called Pigface... here they played some jazz for the year 3018.
